In 1996 I started my education as a goldsmith and finished with the certificate of apprenticeship in 1999. In 2004 after spending several years of journeymanship in Düsseldorf I attended masterclass-studies supervised by my mentor Eberhard Mach in Münster, Germany and achieved my goldsmith masters degree.
I have since then worked at different places including Vienna were I held the position as workshop leader at a jewellery store before I ended up in Oslo, Norway in 2006.

I currently live and have my own workshop at Larkollen, a beautiful place by the seaside in the Oslo-fjord.
Situated in the middle of the coastal landscape with its rich variety of textures, shapes, coloures, lights and surfaces I get a lot of ideas.
By combining unconventional materials I try to interprete natures diversity and give my jewellery-pieces a strong expression of powerful contrasts.

The connection between classical jewellery design and the world of fashion is my main source of inspiration.
I love to create original ideas by studying oppulent fashionshows and the fashion designers interpretations of the «zeitgeist».

All my pieces of jewellery are one-of-its-kinds, handcrafted in my workshop at Larkollen. Beside the design I have focus on technical skills of silvercrafting and gemstonesetting.
